The Molnar Jacking Beam is an accessory  that can increase the capacity of any Molnar 4 Post hoist by giving the operator the option of wheels-free servicing.

For the extra-wide 4488 -A series of 4 Post Hoists there is the JB87A, all other Molnar 4 Post hoists can be fitted with the standard JB87.

Produced only  to suit Molnar hoists a Jacking Beam is easily fitted to an existing hoist and with a Safe Working Load of 2000kg, 2 Jacking Beams can be used in conjunction for total wheels-free servicing.

 The unit sits flush with the hoist ramps when collapsed but has extendable arms and adjustable fittings that give a large pick-up range to suit many vehicles. For difficult applications, special accessories are available to ensure safe lifting such as extension pads and axle cradles.

The rail guide system allows for the unit to be positioned easily but then restricts movement once load is applied.

The hydraulic system in the Jacking Beam makes the unit a simple, strong, reliable and low maintenance method of lifting.
