Simple Operation
The various controls are conveniently arranged and within easy reach. A push button for lifting, a lever for lowering. Both equipped with dead man control (if the button or lever is released, the movement automatically stop). This ideal push button-and-lever combination allows accurate height adjustment. The 2P4T Premium uses two cylinders to lift the 4 Tonne load quickly with large 13mm balance cables to keep the load level. 8 steel rollers per carriage guide smoothly during lifting and lowering. A larger steel base places more strength and stability in the hoist, placing less stress on the floor bolts.
Pump Unit
The gear pump with self-adjusting coupling and the electric motor(s) form the powerful heart of the hydraulic system of all heavy duty vehicle lifts. The valve housing built into the tank controls the flow of hydraulic fluid and protects the lift in case of overload.
Safety Sensor Bar
The Molnar 2P4T Premium has been designed with enough workable height to accommodate vans and 4-wheel drive vehicles. The lift features a safety sensor bar which prevents further lifting of the load as soon as the safety sensor bar has been touched.
