In 2008, management of the Molnar Engineering group was passed from founder Frank Molnar to his son Alexander. This change brought a fresh approach to the corporate vision that saw the belief in product quality and reliability strengthened, and the attitude towards product innovation and customer focus greatly increased. Alexander takes great pride in running a company that manufactures in Australia and sources most inputs from Australian companies.
Sales Manager
A member of the family through marriage, Kevin has been the driving force in taking the Molnar name from a local workshop hoist to an internationally recognised brand in automotive workshop equipment. Kevin’s knowledge of the product and the market is unrivalled in the industry – often knowing more about competitors’ hoists than they do. Kevin oversees national and international sales working closely with our strong distribution network.
State Manager NSW
A recent addition to the Molnar team, Andrew provides critical focus to a key region of our market. He brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas from his experience in the home elevator industry. Though focused on sales, Andrew also brings a great deal of professionalism and business development principles with an impressive list of qualifications including a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma in Finance and Accounting and an MBA through the University of Technology, Sydney.
Spare Parts Manager
Peter joined our team to help manage overall company growth with specific focus in the area of spare parts. He has brought a whole new level of customer support to our after sales service, forging strong relationships with customers by working more closely to deliver personalised solutions.
Production Area Leader
At just 16 years of age, Chester started working with Frank Molnar as a wheel aligning apprentice during the early Green Dragon days. The longest standing member of the company, Chester is involved with day to day manufacturing, spare parts, hoist sales and various other operation tasks at Molnar Hoists. His passion for the company and for quality production, combined with his strong work ethic makes him the embodiment of the Molnar Hoists brand.
